1. Site Visit / Kick Off Call

It all starts with a site visit or consultation. Other documents like floor plans, plant preferences or existing planters we can work with. From there, our team starts to put together ideas and concepts that best fulfills the needs of your project while considering the budget & timeline. 

2. Curation & Design

We’ll deliver these ideas in a presentation along with options for Plants & Planters, including species based on the light, space and also what’s available within timelines required. We provide different scale choices and also suggest how to bring the space together through the botanical design. We’ll also outline suggested placement including sizing, laying the selections on top of your floor plan, paired with a detailed budget.

3. Sourcing & Planting Offsite:

Once plants, planters, and custom elements have been finalised and approved, we work with our vendors and greenhouses to bring in the materials based on the expected timeline for delivery. We also offer pre-planting offsite making the installation process much more efficient and clean. 

4. Installation & Planting Onsite

We book a time based on your schedule for the space, bringing in any pre-planted items and then finishing our installation with larger items and any built-in planters on-site. Our team is well versed in commercial working spaces, whether offices, hospitality, or construction sites and we do all our planting neatly, carefully leaving each site cleaner than the way we found it. 

5. Ongoing Maintenance & Care

Working with either an existing plant maintenance vendor or suggesting one of our trusted vendors, we recommend a solid care plan and can help prepare this with any partner that comes on board. All plants are provided a 3 month after-care warranty on any issues that could have come from the grower (pests, shock, etc), but our plants are all cleaned and thoroughly inspected before each installation.

Hand deliver potted plants to thank employees or clients. You may even showcase your brand with personalized inserts and packaging. 2. Curation & Selecting

We’ll put together a selection of options for both vessels and species based on the needs of your individual project. Based on your preferences, we’ll scale the selections to suit the number of recipients required. 

3. Branding & Customizing

Each of our plants come with a species care card so that you recipients know exactly what their new plant needs. Or, personalize further with a plant care video addressed to your employees or clients that can be sent our individually or create company social media content. Branded collateral such as printed bags, hand written notes, and promotional inserts are a great way to personalize your packages. We’ll help bring all of these elements together cohesively for a unique and memorable gifting experience.

4. Putting it all together

Once plants, planters, and custom elements have been finalized, our team of plant experts will hand pot and package each gift.

5. Logistics & wrap up

Provide all addresses and our team will align on logistics to take it from there! Each plant will be hand-delivered with care to your recipients.
